With 66 offices throughout Arizona, Pioneer is an independently owned and family-operated title insurance agency. Our people and their commitment to service set us apart. From servicing your needs to being of service in the communities where we live and work, we are there for you.

Pioneer Title Agency is a family-owned business with strong local ties. The Newlon family, Bob and his wife Betty, son Keith and his wife Cindy, founded Pioneer Title in Sierra Vista in 1985.
Their foothold into the title business began much earlier.

Bob, a life member of the Land Title Association of Arizona, has called Arizona home since 1935 and has worked in the industry since 1958. Keith, a 2010 inductee into the Northern Arizona University College of Business Hall of Fame, got his start in the title industry in 1979.

“Our success is directly linked to our people – some of whom have been with us since Day One,” Bob Newlon said. “Beyond our real estate prowess, which is sizable, our people --- and ‘local first’ company culture are what we are most proud.”
