Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. has been serving Tucson and Southern Arizona for over 50 years.

Bill and Brad Lloyd are second-generation owner-operators of Lloyd Construction. They maintain the Lloyd legacy that their father, Bill Lloyd Sr., established in 1969.

Bill Sr. instilled strong values within his sons at an early age. He encouraged them to establish long-term relationships with their customers by always acting honestly, ethically and by providing them best value.

Our 50+year history of always acting in the best interest of the owner by providing a quality build, on time and fully aligned to the owner’s budget and expectations, has earned us our reputation for Integrity, Passion and Excellence. These values are what sets Lloyd apart from all other firms.

As leaders in the Southern AZ construction market, Lloyd Construction offers a vast breadth of in-house expertise, including but not limited to pre-construction and estimating services, LEED® Accredited Professionals, highly experienced construction project managers and superintendents, warranty services personnel, support staff and a large, highly skilled labor force.
